How it Works

Each Season, A New Set of Skills

The year is divided into four seasons which focus on 12-15 skills that connect to the time of year (stewing and braising skills in the winter, composed salads and grilling in the summer, etc.). These skills are used crossed functionally in all classes during a season so you can see and use them in a variety of context and ingredients.
