By registering and participating in the cooking class hosted by Skillette, at any location in the United States or virtually, I, the registered participant, hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Assumption of Risk: I understand that participating in cooking classes involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to cuts, burns, slips, falls, allergic reactions, and other risks associated with cooking activities, knives, heat, and other dangerous tools.

Medical Condition: I certify that I am physically fit and able to participate in the cooking class. I agree to inform the instructor of any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary restrictions that may affect my ability to safely participate.

Release of Liability: I hereby release and discharge Skillette, its instructors, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me or any property belonging to me while participating in the cooking class.

Hold Harmless Agreement: I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Skillette, its instructors, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any and all claims, suits, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising out of or resulting from my participation in the cooking class.

Photography and Videography: I understand and consent to the use of any photographs, videos, or other media taken during the cooking class for promotional, marketing, or educational purposes by other students or by Skillette.

Governing Law: This waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Virginia and Washington D.C.

Severability: If any provision of this waiver is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

By registering for class, I acknowledge that I have read and understood this waiver and agree to be bound by its terms.
