Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Service.

By using the Website, purchasing a Skillette class, registering for a class, purchasing merchandise, and/or attending a Skillette class, you signify your acceptance of the Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Website, purchasing classes, registering for classes, purchasing merchandise, or attending a Skillette class.

Skillette reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time by updating this posting. By continuing to use the Website, purchase classes, or attend Skillette's programs, you agree to be bound by any such revisions.

Unauthorized Use

Users are not authorized to sell, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, publicly perform, or create derivative works based on Skillette materials for any public or commercial purpose. Unauthorized use may violate intellectual property laws and result in legal consequences. In the event of a breach, your permission to use Skillette’s material will automatically terminate, and any copies must be destroyed immediately.

Warranty Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Skillette is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Website, App, or any related services, including class purchases and attendance. All information, products, and experiences are provided "as is." You assume full responsibility for any defects or issues arising from participation in Skillette’s programs. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Website, including text, graphics, interfaces, and software, is proprietary to Skillette. You may view, copy, and print content solely for personal use related to class reservations and purchases. Any other use, including modification or reproduction for commercial purposes, is strictly prohibited.

Purchase Policy

To attend a Skillette class, you must purchase a single class, a series of classes, or a membership. Skillette also offers gift cards, which never expire and can be used for classes or merchandise. Once a class is booked using a gift card, it follows the same expiration policy as regular class purchases.

Classes have posted expiration dates, which are listed in the class description and receipt. If you encounter an unforeseen situation, please contact us for assistance. Future class prices are subject to change, but Skillette will honor existing purchases until their expiration date.

Skillette accepts MasterCard, Visa, and Discover. Reservations must be made online at least one hour before class time. If a payment issue occurs, we will attempt to contact you; failure to resolve the issue may result in suspension of services.

Cancellation Policy

A. Class Reservations

Cancelled reservations will be credited to your account if we can find a replacement for your spot but are not eligible for refunds.

To cancel, you may:

  • Log into your account and select "unreserve" next to the class
  • Email Skillette to request cancellation

B. Refunds

Refunds for unused classes will only be granted in the following situations:

  • If you become disabled or seriously ill and provide a doctor’s verification
  • In the event of your death, your representative may request a refund for unused classes

Otherwise, all class, event, and dinner purchases are non-refundable. If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to someone else. If we can fill your spot from our waitlist, we may offer a credit for a future event.

Attendance Policies

  • Late Arrivals: We do not allow anyone into the classroom after 10 minutes past the start time. Missed content will not be repeated.
  • Leaving Early: If you need to leave early, please inform the instructor in advance.

Private Events and Corporate Bookings

All private events require a non-refundable deposit to secure the date. Full payment is due at least 7 days before the event. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event are non-refundable. Rescheduling may be possible based on availability but is not guaranteed.
