Skillette is a culinary school built around technique. We teach the why behind every cut, sauce, and bake, so you can cook with real confidence, in any kitchen, for the rest of your life. Our class schedule will be released in November.

THE FOUNDING CIRCLE

Before the first class begins and the table is set, 50 students will be invited inside the making of Skillette.

Founding Circle members receive extraordinary access to our opening year, $1,500 in Skillette credit, and a permanent place in our Georgetown atelier.
