$1,500 IN FOUNDING CREDIT

Your $1,000 membership includes $1,500 — enough to cover one of Skillette’s complete six-session core curriculum programs. Credit may also be used across multiple eligible masterclasses. Core curriculum programs are expected to begin in January 2027.

Receive a private enrollment window this Fall for eligible classes and programs before the calendar is released publicly.

A PLACE THAT REMAINS

Choose a book for the Skillette library. Your name will be engraved on a small brass plate within it, permanently marking your place among our original 50 founding members.

Before Skillette officially opens, Founding Circle members will be invited into the finished atelier for a private first gathering.


Meet our chefs and collaborators. Explore the rooms. Taste what we have been working on. Take your place around the table before the first public class begins.

Throughout the founding year, members will also receive invitations to two special gatherings — one in the spring and one in the fall — created as intimate moments to come together, gather around the table, and experience Skillette in a way reserved for the Founding Circle.

A place in Skillette's story

As one of Skillette’s original 50 members, you will leave a small, lasting mark on the atelier—and receive one to carry with you.

Choose a cookbook for the Skillette library: a title that has shaped the way you cook, or one you believe belongs in the hands of those who gather here. A brass plate bearing your name will remain inside as part of our permanent collection.

You’ll also receive a Founding Circle brass pin, created exclusively for the original 50 members—a quiet emblem of your place among the people who helped Skillette begin.

From joining to opening

Membership begins the moment you join, not the day our doors open.

CREDIT TERMS

  • Founding Credit will be connected to the Skillette account associated with the email address used to purchase
    membership.
  • It may be used across one or multiple eligible purchases and may be used to reserve eligible classes for the member or their guests.
  • Founding Credit has no cash value and may not be applied retroactively.
  • Credit may be applied to Skillette's core curriculum programs and select masterclasses.
  • Credit must be used by December 31, 2027.
  • Founding Circle membership is personal and non-transferable.
  • Membership is non-refundable.
