Chef Rachel
Chef Rachel Bindel honed her culinary skills at prestigious establishments such as Husk under celebrity chef Sean Brock, the Michelin-starred Tail Up Goat, and served as Chef de Cuisine at Gravitas. Her creativity and technical expertise earned her a spot on San Pellegrino’s 2020 Top 10 Young Chefs in America list. Chef Bindel further showcased her talents by competing in DC’s Capital Food Fight 2023 as an emerging star. A graduate of the renowned Culinary Institute of America, she now leads the kitchen at the newly opened Mexican dining concept, Cielo Rojo. She aspires to open her own restaurant with her wife, a skilled pastry chef.
