In This Class, You’ll Learn:
How to mix and flavor buttercream
How to trim, fill, and stack a layered cake
How to crumb coat and achieve a smooth, polished finish
Piping techniques: borders, shells, and rosettes
How to use piping bags, tips, and decorating tools like a pro
Each student will start with pre-baked round cakes and, with Mr. Bake’s expert guidance, turn them into a fully frosted and decorated celebration cake to take home.
